When you are shopping at juniperofsweden.com, you always have 30 days to return your products. This means that you have the right to undo your purchase by notifying JUNIPER within 30 days upon your purchase.
And do you know what? We even give you the possibility of sleeping in your sheets for a full 30 days. If you decide you don’t love them, send them back. For free. And of course also get a full refund. That is how confident we are that you will love your new JUNIPER sheets. The only limits we set is that this is only allowed once per person per year and only for orders below 10,000 SEK.
Follow these three steps to return your item at JUNIPER.

You will shortly receive a return label in your inbox, print it and pop it on the box. You don’t need to use the original packaging but see to it that the goods are sufficiently protected. If you don’t have access to a printer we will send you one by snail mail.
Return your package to the nearest UPS Access point (typically where you collected your package if it wasn't delivered to your door) or schedule a UPS pickup. If you have any further questions on how to do this, don't hesitate to reach out.
JUNIPER strives to conduct the refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after goods are received. Please note that JUNIPER must have received the goods in return and inspect the items before repayment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit or directly through Klarnas app or website, the amount will be returned to the account or card used.
If you paid by invoice (i.e. by bank transfer), you will be contacted by Klarna to provide information required to process your refund shortly after JUNIPER has approved the refund.
