WHAT TYPE OF COTTON ARE YOU USING?
We are using Supima cotton, it is an Extra-Long Staple cotton grown in California, USA. The cotton that qualifies for being Supima cotton represents less than 1% of cotton grown in the world. The long fibers in Supima cotton gives the cotton its premium properties: Incredible strength, Unparalleled softness and increased color retention. Quite amazing right?

HOW DO I KNOW THAT JUNIPER SHEETS ARE MADE WITH SUPIMA COTTON?
We are licensed by the Supima organisation, which gives us permission to use the Supima brand and logo that you will find attached to the inside of your bed sheets. You can also find us on Supima’s webpage on listed companies using Supima cotton.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUPIMA COTTON AND EGYPTIAN COTTON ?
Good question! All Supima cotton is premium, extra-long staple cotton. Egyptian cotton only references the country of origin and does not implicate any measure of quality. About 25% of Egyptian cotton is extra-long staple, but the majority of Egyptian cotton is of a long-staple or a regular cotton variety. HOW IS SUPIMA COTTON FARMED?
Supima cotton is farmed using state-of-the-art technology and processes. From GPS navigation used on tractors to plant and harvest the cotton, to satellite technology and soil monitors, Supima farmers ensure they are growing the best quality cotton in the world with as little impact on the environment as possible.

WHAT IS SATEEN?
Standard plain weaves use a one under, one over structure where as when making a sateen weave, warp yarns are floated over a number of weft yarns. In our sheets, three weft yarns. The long floats produce a surface that is smooth to the touch and reduces light scattering to increase shine.

WHAT IS MOTHER OF PEARL?

Our buttons are created from Mother of pearl which is the common name for an iridescent nacre coating, a blend of minerals that are secreted by oysters and other mollusks and deposited inside their shells, coating and protecting them from parasites and foreign objects. Hence, every button you find on a JUNIPER product is unique and you may also spot irregularities in color or spots if you look closely.

HOW DO I LAUNDER MY SHEETS?

We recommend washing before first use and changing sheets at least every two weeks after that. Wash on warm cycle or at 40 C. We recommend using a softener every other time. Tumble dry at low heat and tumble cycle, or line dry to preserve fibers, colour and elasticity. If you iron your sheets, do so at medium temperature. If you feel your sheets need a brightening, add bleach and wash as usual.

Do not dry clean.

DO YOUR SHEETS WRINKLE?

Unlike many sheet brands we don't use any artificial wrinkle-free chemicals in our sheets. Like any 100% cotton products, your sheets will naturally wrinkle but your sheets will wrinkle less and less with every wash and use. We recommend hang drying your sheets to prevent significant wrinkling. If you prefer to use a dryer, we recommend taking your sheets out of the dryer 5 minutes before the cycle ends and hanging them to dry.

CAN I GET SAMPLES?

Well, no, we don't currently offer samples of the products.

However, you can try the JUNIPER sheets for 30 nights. Yes, you heard me right. Sleep in the sheets for a full 30 days. If you decide you don’t love them, send them back. Again for free. And of course also get a full refund. That is how confident we are that you will love your new JUNIPER sheets.

WHERE ARE YOUR SHEETS MADE?

For each product we provide the place of origin as well as where it has been processed for every component, down to buttons, thread and even the labels.In the end, all the components come together in Tel Aviv, Israel. 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

If there are any mistakes in the manufacturing of the sheets, you are covered for the first full year.

ARE YOUR SHEETS OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED?
Yes, we are happy to say that all our sheets are certified with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. This means JUNIPER products has been tested for harmful substances which are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals which are known to be harmful to health. Furthermore the products are tested for color fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production.

What payment methods does JUNIPER accept?

We work with two payment suppliers. Klarna and Paypal. For some countries both payment methods will be available and for others, only one of them. 

With Klarna you can pay with Credit and Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Pay Direct (via BankID), Pay Later (invoice) and Slicing it (part payment).

With PayPal you can pay with Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover card, Paypal Credit) as well as through PayPal if you have an account.

HOW DOES KLARNA WORK?

When ordering at juniperofsweden.com and entering the checkout you will be asked to fill in personal information such as name, address, phone number and in some cases birth date or id-number. All information is safely encrypted and processed by Klarna - juniperofsweden.com only stores the information necessary to ship your order.

After filling in your information you’re presented with different payment options. What payment options are available depends on which country you purchase from and how much information you choose to disclose. Paying after you receive your order may for instance require more information in the checkout then paying by card directly at the checkout.

Do I NEED TO REGISTER TO USE KLARNA?

No registration whatsoever is necessary.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once you have been through the checkout, please check your junk email if you don't receive one within 15 minutes of your order. Once your order is on the way, you will receive an email from UPS. In the email from UPS you will be provided with a tracking number so that you know exactly where your order is right at this moment.

HOW DOES STORE CREDIT WORK?

You can earn store credit by inviting friends to JUNIPER. You will find this option in your profile page under "refer a friend". Once you earn store credits you can use these on any of our sets.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping all over the world. Just as simple as that.

When will I get my order?

As long as all of the items you ordered are in stock, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within about 1-2 business days. 

What supplier does JUNIPER use for shipping?
For all orders we will deliver your JUNIPER products with UPS Standard delivery. 

What is required for UPS to deliver to me?
To be able to deliver your package, UPS requires a physical street address and signature upon delivery. UPS are unable to deliver to post office boxes. You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery.

What happens if I can't be home to collect my JUNIPER products when UPS arrives?
If UPS are unable to deliver, you will be notified by letter, sms or e-mail and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or have the package delivered to a UPS Access Point where you can pick it up at your convenience within 10 days.

What will be the added sales tax or import tariffs on my purchasse?
Within the European Union, Switzerland and the United States, orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

We are currently investigating the possibility of delivering DDP to Norway. Please send an email if you have any questions.

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges for different colors or sizes are quick and easy. We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and return shipping is always on us. Simply send us an email at returns@juniperofsweden.com with your order number and name and we will help you out!

I want to return only part of my Bed makeover bundle. Can I do that?

Absolutely! Keep in mind that you'll only be receiving a partial refund for the items you return. The reason for this is that by buying a bundle you get a discount which you no longer will receive when unbundling the product. We will however consider what bundles you could have purchased instead to end up with the products you keep. if anything is unclear just send an email to returns@juniperofsweden.com and we will be with you as soon as humanly possible.
